My husband goes to modern mental for therapy and alpine for psychiatry. We haven't had any problems with them.

I would recommend scheduling an appointment with the Mental Health Navigator at Mental Health America of the Wabash Valley Region. They can help your loved one get acquainted with a mental health professional that is the best fit. https://mhawv.org

I had a lot of issues finding a place in the area that was accepting clients so I ended up using BetterHelp which is an online therapy platform. I really enjoy it! They will find therapists that specialize in what you need and match you with someone that fits what you’re looking for

I see Barbara Osborne. She's an independent licensed therapist in Lafayette and has been wonderful for me. Remember that sometimes it can take a few tries to find a counselor or therapist you click with, but search until you find a good one. It is imperative that you have a comfortable relationship with them for you to see improvement. I wish you the best of luck!

I went through Mental Health America and they matched me with people/facilities based on my needs and insurance. I currently have a therapist at Valley Oaks and she is really great.
