I don't mind at all. We use State Farm. We haven't had bad service but are leaving for personal reasons. The only thing that "regular joes" like us have to speak with is our money so we are taking ours elsewhere.

I don't know for sure yet Amy, but I feel like crying!! Joel's been our entire families' Dr for over a decade...since he first started!! Deac's company seems to think that they'll get it resolved in a few weeks, but in the meantime, and maybe for quite a while, we have to find a Dr that's in network...I hate this corporate BS!! It's ridiculous and you can bet I'll be calling United Health Care to complain tomorrow morning!!!

If your insurance covers Sigma medical group, I highly recommend Dr. Anna Welch and her nurse practitioner, Barb Click (I usually see Barb). Their office is on Kensington near Union and Creasy. I've been seeing them for over a decade.
