An Insurance agent today, is it needed? Mine does less and less and blames "SF Corporate" for the mistakes. Should they be checking the polices for you to make sure you are covered, I was thinking that was the reason for them. We currently pay our state farm agent about $20K a year for all of our policies. If I have to do the work, I just will move to web based insurance, no need to pay for the beautiful office and the untrained office staff.
