Ok… I don't know how they compare on price BUT, I have been a client of Power Cleaners in Lake Forest since before my kids were born. They can do anything and do it fast. Mahtab is a great seamstress. Maybe she can help you. She mainly does alterations but if she can't make it for you, maybe she can recommend somebody for you. She is really reasonable too. She did all of our dance dress alterations and both girls wedding dresses. http://www.weddingalterations.com/
