Best tailor I know on either side of town is Peter at Peter's Tailor Shop on Warrensville Center in University Heights. Yes, it's a hike from Lakewood. But they're the best. While here, stop at Geraci's across the street and have the best pizza in town that isn't made at Angelo's.
