I've been going to Black Lotus Salon in the rec center for 5 years. Kitty does amazing color. I have short curly hair and she cuts it perfectly. We couldn't come out to PA for 3 months and I waited 3 months for a haircut and highlights

If you're going to drive to Honesdale, please check out New York Nails on mainstreet!! Best nail salon!! They are small but they work wonders! They go by apt but most days have walk in hours, just call ahead!
