Not West Side but really close, Fort Road Animal Clinic is amazing. Very fairly priced, practical advice, and no shaming you into unnecessary tests or medication.

I used to be a vet technician at Skadron Animal hospital (Dr Teri or Tom Skadron. Teri does Accupuncture. It's behind Target in WSP) and Mendakota on Dodd. (Dr Hinson)

We've only been once but loved the staff and vets at the Saint Paul Animal Hospital in the summit hill neighborhood! Clean, cozy, friendly, affordable and no upselling

I believe it's $60 per pet/visit & as I recall, Dr. Fisher has arrangements/'privileges'(?) w/ an animal hospital or 2 in the area but I can't remember specifics. You might want to call & talk w/ them... She is helping us navigate the uncertainties of a sick dog & has been absolutely fantastic. She goes above & beyond again & again. She & her staff are amazing w/ our 2 dogs & cat. For us it's so much easier to manage a visit in the comfort of our home. The animals are much less stressed, so are we... Good luck.
