Hard call... i also have looked all around town... for the people in my facility... and no luck... it's all out of pocket...unless they have vision plan medical is pushing the co pay on all.... could try DR Allen on Oak...he has a big heart... good luck...

I love Dr. Waggoner! Very thorough! However, I do not believe he is an Ophthamologist (M.D., that deals with diseases of the eye). I believe he is an, Optometrist. You should call to verify whether he is accepting new medi-cal patients, after the first of the year. They are closed on Fridays.
