I don't think there is such a thing. I have had Luycx Plumbing and Lamont Plumbing both to my house recently and both were around $85/hour. Good luck!!

Luycx Plumbing was the winner. Fast responding and unclogged the drain. Now we need some drywall repair (not sure how it'll dry out under the floor but I definitely heard the squishy under there earlier).
