My daughter went to Teddy Bear Day Care and Learning Academy. On Old 94 in St. Charles. She started at 11 months and went there until she started Kindergarten. She loved it, I loved it. We have gone back to visit. Very low turn over in teachers and I do believe they all had a degree in child care of some sort or were earning it.
