that girl that runs Lake Worth Hospital Irma what's her name is the WORST!! Very rude and highly strung. I took my sick cat in once and she SCREAMED at her. Go to Archie Kleopher on 1847 Aragon Ave, Lake Worth,(561) 547-8888... He is the BEST....and his staff to very compassionate.. and always makes time when it is urgent...they care about your animals... when I didn't have the money, the took care of my kitty anyway...

I love Dr. Michael Posner! He's a mobile vet, but he also has a clinic in Delray Beach. I discovered Dr. Posner after having had a horrible experience at Best Vet. Dr. Posner is gentle and kind and exhibits excellent bedside manner. After my pet's surgery, he called several times to check on my boy. I highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, but more importantly, he's a very caring vet.

Try the Pet Stop Clinic at Walgreens. Must look up their schedule online to which one and times they are here in WPBCH. Cheap and organized. Take to reg vet down the road so u have one incase something bad happens.

During the last year our beloved Tam was with us, he and his staff cared for us as well as tenderly as they cared for her, and they helped us transition after she passed. Mine isn't really close to Lake Worth but they're very inexpensive and I like the doc. It's in Royal Palm and it's called MidCounty Veterinary Clinic and the vet is Dr. Jeyapaul.

We found a sweet ferel kitty in Lake Worth who was licked, chewed and bitten up. Tried everything. Then brought her to St. Francis Animal Clinic on the west side of Military, south of Cherry Road for a shot (we ended up needing to give her another one a month later). $35 a piece.
