Urgent! i need a vet for the sweet kitty that found me - i smell an infection in one of his ears and its.gotten way stinkier overnight. While i'm at it he should be...
Lisa H. replied:
I'm in Eden Place! Dr. Archie just west of l-95 is awesome and affordable. The cheapest generally is P2H. I have a cardboard carrier that you can have.
Nina K. replied:
Lisa Amara Van Horn - THank you for the carrier and Dr Archie, who will see Bliss today at 4 pm. Costs more than Paws to help, but time was paramount, more so than costs. <3
Danika D. replied:
Nina Raw Chef Kauder, Thank you for helping kitty. I see on Dr. Archie's website, they offer a $25 off for new patients. Be sure to ask about that! :-) http://drarchiedvm.com/
just moved to lake worth from TN.. Looking for a good but cheap vet...
Lauri C. replied:
Dr. Brinkman on Lake Worth Rd... almost to turnpike. Great Dr. Great staff.
Cindy T. replied:
Alfonso Animal Hospital, 5215 S. Dixie Hwy, 585-2581. Dr. Alfonso & his dad run the place. He is reasonably priced, very sweet men.
Elizabeth O. replied:
I have a herd of cats and a dog. I go to So. Dixie Animal clinic for some things and paws to Help for others. I have been to Paws a lot in the past few years and mostly get the same 3 vets. All seem good. Their fees are about a 3 rd.
Anita S. replied:
I love and trust El Cid Animal Clinic. https://www.facebook.com/pages/El-Cid-Animal-Clinic/311738915514317
Anita S. replied:
Dr. Garcia is also an Opera Singer with the Palm Beach Opera!
Adina H. replied:
I love Dr. Garcia at El Cid but I am considering trying Paws to Help. Sometimes it can cost over $450 for a yearly check-up, shots, etc......
Sam G. replied:
Dr. Lynch has great staff and is a local businessman.
Elizabeth O. replied:
Peggy Adams does shots too!
Barbara T. replied:
Shores Animal hospital on Forest Hill Blvd is the best. Been using them for multiple cats for at least 18 years. Will not insist on shots or test you do not want. They always explain your options.
Lily F. replied:
Shores, El Cid, Dr. Alfonso, Canal all great vets/clinics. IMO Paws to Help is for those that can't afford anything else. Peggy Adams does vaccines but you don't get the most important thing -a doctor exam. There is nothing that you can do that is more important than that for your pet. Identifying medical conditions early by a good physical exam is key. Dr. Miller isn't far from suburban lake worth and reasonable also. I'm not familiar with best vet or Dr. lynch.
Jeannie T. replied:
Shores Animal Clinic... been going there 30 plus years.
ugh. I found a lump on my AnnieDog.
Does anyone know of a really good vet with excellent diagnostic skills in the area? I could go to PBVS (I've had excellent...
Tammy P. replied:
I've heard good things about Dr Archie, off Barnet Drive north of 10 th and just west of 95. Dr Morales on 2 nd Ave N just west of the tracks, and Dr Brinkman on LW road near the fire station.
Nicol S. replied:
Pet Calls Animal Hospital, 434-2097. They are amazing, trustworthy and very well informed. We have used them for years and highly recommend them.
John R. replied:
Lake Worth Animal Hospital. Willie had a lump a few years ago. We we were sitting in the waiting room and Dr. Morales came out asked why we were there. She felt the lump in the waiting room, said it was a fatty deposit and nothing to worry about. No charge and off we went.
Julie R. replied:
That's why I'm suggesting Dr. Archie. Believe me, I wouldn't be taking my goldens to him for nearly 10 years if he was a butcher. I totally understand what you r saying. I would never go to Simmons on LW rd.
Barbara T. replied:
Try Shores Animal Hospital on Forest Hill just west of Congress. Used them for 20 + years.
Paula C. replied:
I really like PetLife on Okeechobee and Jog. Dr A is good and they are very reasonably priced.
Susan C. replied:
He's a little pricey but very skilled and has a large variety of diagnotic/surgical staff and equipment on premises - Ken Simmons on LW Rd near Haverhill
Julie R. replied:
Dr. Archie Klopher, just off 10 th LW. 30+ years experience, Top of the line ND totally honest. He takes care of my goldens.
Julie R. replied:
Archie doesn't do the Declan thing unless you want it done. It's not a mandatory thing anyway Tara Green. Go see Dr. Archie and talk to him first. I really believe you will like him.
Does anyone know a good Veterinarian in Boca/Delray that is somewhat affordable?

Thomas S. replied:
Boynton Beach Animal Hospital. (Boynton Beach Blvd.) Dr. Netzley and the nurses are wonderful. No chain, they care and make sure all is ok.
Lindsey J. replied:
Im going to ask around. I know Royal Palm vet is good but thats in Coral Springs
Lindsey J. replied:
Boynton Beach is good! But call them first. A vet will definitely help you out. Tell them he's been throwing up and about the food situation and the sore under his chin. If they can help you out on the phone, you'll save a bunch of money on a consult!
Ariana C. replied:
Dr Peter's Animal Hospital in Margate! He's a good friend of my mom, who sells Veterinary Meds for Novartis.
Laura W. replied:
I have the best vet in the world! And he never does anything unnecessary. Go see Dr. Cole at Cole Animal Clinic near Mizner Park. He saved Jim!
Need recomendation for a vet. With reasonable fees. Just in case:)
Maureen H. replied:
Dr Archie Kloepfer ditto
Jessica W. replied:
Also, Peggy Adams. They are a non-profit organization and shelter. I've taken one of my pets there before. They are kinda busy, though.
Contessa L. replied:
Dr. Archie & his staff are the best, in care & compassion, & reasonable prices. Paws 2Help can be less; certainly their meds are. But be prepared to wait, possibly for hours plus, even w/ appt. Certainly a good option. Most established vets take Care Card Charge.
Martha O. replied:
Dr Miller is the bomb! In it for the animals not there to make million. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Animal-Medical-Clinic-of-The-Palm-Beaches/138877356160406
Debbi D. replied:
Yup, Dr Miller!!
Betty R. replied:
Archie Kloepfer. 10 th ave. North, just barely west of 95. We have troops of animals and he provides excellent care and understands about finances. Very reasonable, and won't try to talk you into unnecessary stuff.
Denny M. replied:
Dr. Ted Brinkman...Lake Worth Vet Clinic...AWESOME!!
