The Central Bucks school district runs a summer camp program and you don't need to be a student with the district. I teach sewing there and will have additional weeks elsewhere. http://cbsd.org/Page/36795

Jody Waltzer Reich of Camp Experts & Teen Summers/NJ offers free service to help find camps and summer programs. She is extremely helpful and has tons of options for all ages. Also, Delaware Valley University Kids U! offers some interesting/unique day camp options.

8 or 10 years ago my daughter went to Bucks County Audubon Society summer camp programs. She loved it. We were sad when she became too old to participate. Right across the bridge in Solebury. http://www.bcas.org/education/for-families-and-children/summer-camp/

We camped at Delaware Family Camp Ground, on the river, which is really close to a beautiful hike up Mt. Tamany, to Sunfish Pond, and beautiful views up high overlooking the Delaware.
