I swear by John Kalinowski of Lambourn Decorating but he's so busy - it's often a wait - his work is excellent though!! He always supplies our paint as he has the professional stuff so with my lot it tends to last longer and is more hardwearing than stuff I've bought myself - method in my madness is that I can go way longer before having him back unless I change a colour scheme!
