I agree that holy spirit is your best chance, but Heart of Lancaster is a close second. I would also seriously consider a doula. No matter what kind of birth you have a doula is incredibly helpful. Heart of Lancaster is great with working with doula's to allow them in the OR with you. Having a doula in the OR helps with immediate skin to skin and breastfeeding in the OR.
