Thanks for your quick replies everyone...I'll post a picture of the current arrangement in a little bit to add a visual. I was thinking I wanted to buy a door like this: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Masonite-32-in-x-80-in-6-Panel-Painted-Smooth-Fiberglass-Prehung-Front-Door-with-Brickmold-20163/202896198 My current door is measured as 31 5/8" x 78 5/8" x 1 3/4" - but I was hoping a new door like that could fit with the old frame being replaced. (I don't really know how any of this works, though).
