Michael Yank nope. Got none back. Contractor lost two civil lawsuits from other victims - didn't pay back. Also was sued by the state (criminal case) and was ordered to pay back the stolen money - still no repayment. He paid back a few hundred bucks, which is nothing compared to thousands stolen. Justice system is toothless.
