Looking for a dentist who can pull my tooth (not Three Stooges style) and can do an implant without me having to sell our house. I know they're not cheap, but at the...

Torresdale Dental- 215-338-4345. Christians. We have used them for quite a while. Fees aren't bad. They have an in-house dental plan that is pretty good. 7108 Torresdale Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135
Kyle V. replied:
My father-in-law, let him know we are friends and DJ together. Call him, Dr. Ronald Goldenberg, 610-476-4642.
Debbie R. replied:
Dr. Christopher Rohrbach?
Darlene G. replied:
Yes. The tooth removal and post placement are done at the oral surgeon. The tooth placement is done at my dentist, Meetinghouse Dental on County Line Road. Each one gets paid separately so it gives you time since it's not one lump sum.
Darlene G. replied:
Meetinghouse Dental.....they are very nice there and keep up with a more 'natural' and 'holistic' approach. They take most insurances as far as I know. Unfortunately, I don't have any.:(
Joe M. replied:
I think Torresdale Dental may take insurances. Often, their in-house is better than other insurances.

Go to Vietnam, go crazy, go to the V.A. Government run Health Care. Got all my teeth fixed and an excellent job as well.

Dr. John Dancu in Southampton, PA. I drive all the way from Kentucky to see him. He took over Dr. List's (Byron's dad) patients when they moved away.
Carol V. replied:
Dr. Gunkle on Easton Rd. in Glenside. He's the best, very reasonable, and has great options. A good guy.
Shannon S. replied:
I have gone to Temple's school of dentistry. I had to have major mouth surgery - an abscess in the gum, and they were able to do it for $300. It takes time, you can't make an initial appointment, it is first come first served for the consult, but they have a fully licensed dentist along side the student. It is worth a look see. http://dentistry.temple.edu/patient-info
Piper F. replied:
We go to Heather Clark. Reasonably priced.
Colleen F. replied:
Dr Branson on Easton road is THE best!! Across from copper beech elem.
Doug S. replied:
I go to Temple Dental. They are cheaper but things tend to take longer. The good news is an implant will likely be done by a grad student so that should cut the time.
Kim S. replied:
Temple Dental or Penn Dental 40 th and Chestnut or Bryn Mawr

Adriane G. replied:
Jennifer Duncan in Lansdale on wissahickon. They are off church road by Merck. The ladies are great. For my first appt Dr Duncan sat with me in a room not in the chair to go over my history, concerns and what I wanted concerning my dental care for almost 30 minutes. She also personally does the cleanings of new patients. I'm considering a porcelain veneer and she offered to have me come in when she had patients getting veneers to talk to 3 or 4 patients about their results and see up close what her work looked like and not from a picture. I was also considering invisalign I went to a dentist in lansdale off broad st who told me to have my dentist shave down my crooked tooth because she didn't think I would be a good candidate for invisalign. Dr Duncan was horrified and referred me to Dr. cassilia in Chalfont who uses a lingual wire for patients who are not candidates for invisalign but their teeth have shifted after braces. The best thing I ever did was to start going to dr Duncan!

In my quest find one who did I stumbled upon a couple of things. First check groupon or the other sites for coupons. Second check out CareCredit.com that is the only way I was able to get my teeth fixed. It is a card that most dentist will accept and you can make payments on that.
