I have been going to Unique Nails by CVS (Allentown & Valley Forge) since August and they do a great job with gel manicures. They also just remodeled and they have really nice new pedi stations.

Tbs nails in east Norriton are amazing! Also solar nails in oaks but they are expensive. Tbs nails is cheap, everyone there is nice and they do an amazing job!

Luxe nails in willow grove. 320 had some people up and leave and they ruined my sister's nails letting someone who didn't know how to use gel do it. Internails used to be great but now I would really only go see Tracy or Maria. They don't do crazy designs though.

Luxicure is the BEST! Walmart Hatfield shopping center a few doors up from Burlington. SUPER clean, SUPER friendly and disposable liners for the pedicure tubs. Waxing services available too. I will never go anywhere else.

Depends what you're looking for specifically. The best spa experience or the best pedicure going by end result. I've been to spas for that "spa experience" of the pedicure but the polish never lasts as long as when I go to Noble Nails for half the price. If you really want a spa experience, take a day and go to the Hershey spa and pamper yourself:)
