Operation Injured Soldiers...wonderful organization. They love their vets!! Operate out of South Lyon. Check them out. They organize hunting, fishing and other activities including ball games throughout the year.

I really love Dr. Lori at Tri-County Mobile. She's a mobile vet - no office - and she'll drive right to your house! There is a house call charge, but to me it's very worth it. And she does monthly vaccination clinics at Petco in Frandor. http://mobilevetclinics.com/

I use Diamondale Veterinary Clinic. It's Dr Kienitz. I love him and he has diagnosed my dog with an allergy that Patterson got wrong and gave him meds he didn't need. Everything is cash or check though.

MSU Veterinary teaching hospital will take you if you walk in.. I think they prefer a heads up. THere is is also an emergency clinic on Jolly road near dunkel area.

Not in GL but we love Pennsylvania Veterinary Care. So kind and nice. Will even cry with you when you have to send your animal to heaven.
