Silver maples town houses are 100% income based. They have a waiting list, but it's worth the wait. They are very nice, and definitely affordable. 2 and 3 bedrooms, basement, 1.5 baths and have central air. They tell you 2 years waiting list, but it can be less than a year. Child support is considered income! There are also Attorneys that can help. Call Legal Services of Michigan. (810)234-2621. The process is a bit long, and you have to jump through hoops, but it's worth it.
