Homestead physical therapy has been working on my hips for two weeks, and they are back in place. Wonderful people, easy to get into, and really affordable. If you go see Dr. Katy Heartman at UW student health, she can give you a prescription if your hips out of place to go to physical therapy and then your insurance may cover it.
