http://rockabillytattoo.com/ Chris Slota I only have a small tattoo but two of my friends have also used the same artist for bigger pieces with great results. He was super friendly and willing to collaborate to create a really great tattoo. Bonus: there's a comic book store next door if you have time to kill.

I've been to CJ Ugarte for both of mine, one on my forearm and to finish one on my chest. His artwork is mostly in a sailor jerry style, but he can be pretty versatile. I'd recommend checking him out. https://www.instagram.com/cj_tattoo/

Artistic Soul Tattoo. They have two locations in North Central Florida. One in Ormond Beach and another in a town called Chiefland. I’m not sure how far you are from either of those but it’s worth the drive I promise you.

My artist who just moved out of the area recommended me to the people at 36 Black in Downtown. I haven't gone yet due to a tight money situation but looking to head hopefully next month if my second job picks up. I got one done at one of those shitty tourist trap shops and it healed so badly. One part didn't even scab... it just scarred. So when I find a new artist in the area I'm gonna have him touch it up. Thankfully it was a small one i got done on mothers day, but still annoying as it is my only tattoo with any meaning behind it.

Mark Fernandez at hart & Huntington’s in city walk in Orlando. Place is kinda expensive but soooo worth it. I can send you pics of my shoulder piece if you’d like. It’s a stained glass window rose set.
