Albert Jeffers does great work and he is pretty reasonable. He did my dads custom Celtic work & killed it! He did my cross on my leg as well I'll send you a pic. Wouldn't hurt to talk him about it. But if you go to him gotta be in it 100% and not miss sessions. He does amazing work!
