if it does get noticeably worse, I'd be calling the property manager on call and having another whinge and try to get somebody out immediately. Plumbers LOVE after hours call outs because they get to charge arms and legs (not just one of each)

Its usually not inexperienced, it's Unlicensed and illegal. Can't touch anything connected to the sewer or mains without a license. Sewerage should be the land lords responsibility anyway, Call LJ Hooker.

Doesn't matter. Plumbing is counted as urgent. LJ Hooker are required to have it fixed within 24 hours in accordance with your Tenancy Agreement.
