I'd like to quote you. 832-329-6030. I moved back home to MS last Aug from the Houston, TX area. I have a lot of photos on my profile that show some work. The majority of which was flips for resell, and makeovers between tenants. In TX, you have to do a total repaint between renters. And if it's a subsidized renter, the city, state or feds, do a pretty thorough inspection before move in, and if a long term tenant, they do an inspection annually.
