Veronica Hodges go to Repairclinic.com and put in your stove make & model. You can enter what problems you are having and the site will give you some suggestions on what it could be. Sometimes it is something simple that you or your husband can fix yourself. It could save you some money. I used this site to fix my washer & dryer. Both are working great and I didn't even end up with extra screws when putting them back together.
Can anyone recommend someone that can repair dryers. Mine stopped heating and I'm hoping to not spend an arm and a leg especially if it's an easy fix.
Collet M. replied:
Lisa go to Repairclinic.com. You can enter the information on your dryer and it will give you the information to fix it yourself. I fixed my dryer. I changed out the wheels that turn the barrel. Sometimes there is even a video on how to fix differe nt things. It sounds like it might be a heating element and might be simple to change. If I can do it I'm sure you could. If your dryer is a Kenmore you can probably get the part from Sears Parts Store.
Can anyone recommend a good HVAC company? My unit is not working right. It's making a knocking sound every time the fan turns on.
Thanks!

Community Heating and air. Ours also went out this past weekend. We called a couple of recommendations we got and both just wanted to replace our whole system for $9,000 and up. Robert came out and before anything else got our aux heating fixed so we could come back home and then looked at the system. Turns out we didn’t need a whole new system just an out door unit. Saved us $4,000 if we had gone with another company.
