We just got my husband's garage thru Carport Central. 36'x24'x14' with 2 12' doors and a pedestrian door. The order was a custom order to connect to our existing garage. Ordered on a Monday delivered 2 wks later. A crew of 4 men showed up at 7 am and left at 7 pm. Job complete and clean up done. They only took time to eat because we bought them lunch. Great work ethics, respectful and polite. The sales rep Zack was also great. We made multiple changes to make our garage custom and he was excellent in providing immediate answers and changes. I highly recommend them. Our very large metal building cost total with our custom changes 12 k.

If you find one that's worth their salt I'd be interested to know. We had American Home shield and they were horrible. Sent A/C service folks from Mesquite. Then they only covered a portion of the freon charge because the company they sent charged more per pound of freon than the warranty company would cover. So we not only ended up out of pocket for the service call but also for additional things that American Home Shield wouldn't cover. We have since just handled things on our own as needed.

We had First American. They sent pool service people from Frisco who never did the job right. Always ended up calling Swim Tech from Rockwall in and paying out of pocket.
