Heather~ If you are serious I would love to help you!! There are so many loans out there to get you into a house that most people do not know about right now. Right now there is bond money loans which are amazing. The Bond Loan Program is a low interest rate first mortgage loan offered with or without down payment and/or closing cost assistance to the mortgagor. Bond loans may be made to both first time AND non-first time home buyers. Non-First Time Home Buyers receive a great rate but are not eligible for down payment and/or closing cost assistance. And there are so many other loans to help you out too. The first step is to get prequailified, which is free. You can inbox me if you want to talk!!:))
