I can tell you guys from experience Tom is an A1 mechanic. One repair job was going to cost me $400 or more but he did it for $100 because I didn't need what I was told I needed from another shop. Another time he needed a special tool for my car that he didn't have. Instead of telling me to wait and bring it back later he went all the way to Shelbyville and got the tool he needed so I would have my car back that same day. Now that's what I call customer service. I will never use another shop as long as Anderson Automotive is here!
