I really loved ours. Dan O'Dell with the O'Dell group and Chris Austin was our buyers agent - same group. We had an offer within 11 days on the market on our Gardner, KS home and a lot of competition. He had good selling advice and an automated weekly email with comparable sales in the market area even before we listed. Some basic advice - He told us to repair the front door, neutralize some of our paint, clean thoroughly every window and mirror, he had a professional photographer so the photos were angled nicely and looked good. That group just worked really well for us. Both buying and selling.
