I would recommend that if you're going to build have a Realtor with experience in working with custom builders represnt you through the process. They can be an extremely valuable asset. They will represent you only and will negotiate the best terms on your behalf. . Whether you choose my company or another. Please choose a Realtor in this process..They can save you thousands and make the process go smoothly. Remember, its the Seller or Builder that pays the Realtor.
