I had a new tenant, 8 months pregnant with her first baby...I was at the airport leaving town one morning when she called. She was headed out to her doctor but noticed the A/C was blowing warm air. From the airport I called Sunshine (on the advice of my friend Ted Hughes) and before I got on my plane Jeremy had gone there, diagnosed and fixed the problem and I paid online a very reasonable charge. Far lower than I expected. I practically begged him to replace the original (25 years old?) system but he said no, it didn't need it.
