I second a good chiro! I work part-time for Dr. Chris Townsend in Lebanon, and we help all kinds of people with TMJ.

Cumberland chiropractic and sports medicine. Dr. House is specially certified in TMJ. He doesn't just do adjustments he works the muscles to get you better for good. Www.cumberlandspine.comhttp://www.chiropractorlebanontn.com/health-articles/a-conservative-approach-to-tmj-problems/

Go to Dr. Clifton Simmons. I had SEVERE TMJ issues and he has helped me tremendously. I just finished treatment. He is seriously he best at what he does. He probably has a long waiting list but he is totally worth it. I would go through it all again a million times. The only thing is he won't file your insurance for you, but he can give you everything to file it yourself. You can PM me if you want more info.

Go to Active Life Chiropractic. Dr Bruner did more for my TMJ than any dentist or doctor

Dr Anthony Urbanek in Franklin. He has done wonders for my TMJ. Surgery is his very last option. I had a surgery in 2003, that didn't work, Dr Urbanek has a great understanding of TMJ and what doesn't work. It is well worth the drive.

Dr. Jackson at Mount Juliet Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. I was terrified of the dentist prior to him. I even cried at my first appointment there. I LOVE the dentist now. I drive an hour each way just to see them.
