We had a company listed above and every time they came out for tuneups they found something. Then they started with needing the unit replaced because we had a pin sized hole in something and it was leaking freon. I called for a second opionion and they could find NOTHING wrong with the unit. A year later it is fine. YES get a second opinion. I love Hermitage Heating and Air.

I used Jason Daley as well. He is fantastic and affordable. Very down to earth, detailed and got the report to me within 24 hours. I think the preliminary inspection (we built a home) was $150. He found mistakes that even the city inspector didn't ca tch, and had concerns about a few things that we got the builder to fix but would never had thought of ourselves. I think the final inspection was $300. He's also local to MJ.

The appraiser will be ordered by your bank so you don't need to worry about finding one of those generally the home inspector I suggest is Jason daily with Daily Home Inspections however there are several out there that you can choose from many of them are priced competitively I would estimate probably around 300 to $350 depending on the size of the home less if it's a town home or condo
