Cassie, I asked my OB this week and she said Benelyn DM or Dimetapp DM (just the DM, but not other letters), a nasal spray/flush or netti pot or else lozenges or Cepacil throat spray. She said that's pretty much it.

Cassie L VanRaamsdonk ask a pharmacist. But you can use otrivin (the medicated stuff) for 2-3 days max and it's safe to do so. I'd try a saline rinse first of course. When I was around the same time with Keegan, I had a severe sinus infection and couldn't breath through my nose and had severe pain. That was the only thing that gave me some relief until the antibiotics kicked in.
