Customer Liason Officers. The sales staff sold a car (dealt with the price and part exchange valuation and all that) and then passed the customer to CLO who sorted finance, warranty and sales admin. At the same time, progress chased the car through quality control and valet then handed the keys to CLO who signed all the paperwork and showed the customer the controls before they drove away.
