You don't have to sit and wait at Colton Mill, last time I went to the drop in she told me how many patients were in front of me to be seen and asked if I was waiting there or going to come back. I decided to wait but she said had I wanted to come back she would have given me a time I needed to be back for. I noticed quite a few people leaving and coming back so it might be worth going and seeing how long the wait is.

Colton Mill is a bloody nightmare so I totally get where you're coming from. They told me yesterday there's no appointments at all for the rest of the week, same at their partner surgery, The Grange. Can't ring on a morning because you can't get through. And for some unknown reason when you queue outside for an appointment in the cold and dark, OAPs think they can push-in line!! They should release early morning appointments for those that work. Retired people can go at any time during the day.

I know just what you are going through, I once went to Leeds Medical Practice at Parkside medical centre leeds 11, they were rubbish too, until I moved. Now in my new doctors for the past three years, and have no problem getting an appointment within a week. So if your not happy with your doctors try and move, I know most people find this difficult to do, but this is the sign of the times we live in, best luck.
