Hey everyone, I'm trying to find hotel information for GP Liverpool... any suggestions?
Nick T. replied:
The very helpful website: http://www.gpliverpool.com/#hotel tells you all you need to know.......
Mark L. replied:
http://www.dolbyhotels.co.uk is cheap and 600 m from the venue. https://www.jurysinns.com/hotels/liverpool Opposite the venue but more expensive. If you google ACC Liverpool the first option is look at hotels near the ACC.
Any GP's in Leeds 14/15 that people would recommend? I have been with my docs for years who are very good when you see them but getting an appointment is near...
Sandra G. replied:
Church View Surgery on Station Road near Marks & Spencers. It is a new building and they are on the 2 nd floor. Great doctors and great reception staff. Leeds 2600021.
Melanie S. replied:
The other part of The Grange Medical Centre that is linked with Colton Medical Centre is a good GP's
Lesley P. replied:
I wouldn't recommend Colton Mill medical centre, their appointment system is a nightmare. You can't get on the day appointments, unless you go to the walk in. That maybe okay if you are able bodied or aren't feeling at deaths door. I needed some antibiotics for my throat at the beginning of the year, I was told I'd have to go to the walk in. Even when I explained I'd recently had a c section and it wouldn't be appropriate for me to sit on the chairs in the waiting area, the receptionist started being all patronising xx
Alexandra F. replied:
Been with Windmill Health Centre all my life, very good.
Laura A. replied:
Going to be the complete opposite of helpful (quite like my doctors is) but don't bother with Colton Mill Medical Centre.
Becky B. replied:
Foundry Lane surgery their brilliant
Nichola W. replied:
Windmill Health Centre, the online system is great and the staff are always really helpful. I needed an appointment last week and got in for 8.30 am the following morning, the best surgery I've been with

Hi all, I'm looking for advice.
I've just moved to Adel near the bottom of Adel Lane and I'm looking into registering with the local GP practice at Long Causeway...
Kirsty M. replied:
I moved to Adel 5 years ago, and was in the same situation. I went for convenience and joined Adel Surgery. I have always had excellent treatment and always got an emergency appointment as long as ring up early. I personally would ask for a telephone consultation because 90% of the time the Dr will make you an appointment quicker than the receptionists. Adel is only a small surgery but it does have a joint new practice which you can use at Alwoodly medical practice near Sainsburys.
Louise S. replied:
Google Burton Croft Surgery in Headingley, think you might poss be in their catchment area. They are rated Outstanding by the CQC and they are, according to a few friends who go there.

Florence J. replied:
Hi.. The only specialist that I know of high reputation is Professor Mathias at the National Queen Square London. Being quite rare travelling to someone in the know is best.. The only down fall is long waiting times. It took me 22 months from first consultation to diagnosis... They then will 'educate' your GP re this condition... When I first went to my GP she had no idea .and asked if I had started anti TB treatment, thinking it was a different Potts diagnosis. Hope this helps.
Trudi E. replied:
Hi I have seen Prof Mathias too, charming, I went to see him privately waited 2 months for initial appt another 2 to have tests. Medication not changed but gave me some answers in black and white about my condition.
