Anyone know any good moves for fat stripping on the inside of your legs? And also the love handles? Home remadies or gym suggestions welcome...
Joanne H. replied:
You can't spot reduce for losing fat (ie love handles) but you can tone them up and lose fat (not that you need to!) in general with cardio and weight training. I like both of those workout for core strength which overall toning up will improve lower back/hips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLKrrtvL1_Ahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08Bi8 hMdwa4 These are both good overall circuit workouts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6 k4 jH_qLUYhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqtbZftVG-U Good fast legs workout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afghBre8NlIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11JXbBBgfWg You can either do the videos or just do the same moves at the gym. But mainly whatever exercises you choose to do you want to be using some weights. They won't bulk you up. I always think resistance cardio (eg the bike, rower, cross trainer) are better than running/treadmill because you get your heart rate up while still pushing your muscles against something. I also like to do say, 15 mins of cardio and do the 1 st = couple of mins on a fairly low level, then 1 min really high level, 1 min mid level, 1 min high level etc... and switch it up like them between high and medium levels, then finish for 2 mins on a lower level to cool down. Getting your heart rate up and down makes you work harder in a shorter amount of time! Can you tell I miss the gym hahaha! I do find though that I never do just cardio anymore, lots of weights and getting my heart rate up while using them seems to help improve everything overall.
I need sone decent headphones for the gym that won't break and won't keep falling off my ears. Any recommendations?

I got these £8 philips ones, and they have like a loop for your ears...they are pretty good. http://www.hifi-tower.co.uk/Philips-SHS-4800-In-ear-Sport-Headphones-Ear-Loop_i5545.htm

Well according to whathifi.com and using sport as a keyword: sennheiser PMX80 is what you need. £37 though so not cheap.... But then like a lot of things it all comes down to personal taste too.
