Pongwe beach hotel. Check out pongwe.com - been wanting to go there for years.

I know an awesome place in Stone Town and would 100% recommend it - http://www.masharikipalacehotel.com/ - it's a little on the pricey end, but you do get to stay in a Persian palace and it's well hidden from the hustlers and main tourist hotels. Then Footprints at Matemwe in the north east is totally idyllic - http://www.matemwebeach.net.html/ (also one of the best dive centres on the island). I truly love Zanzibar, have been a few times and those are definitely my top picks!

I also stayed at Tembo House. Mid range, comfortable and central location in Stone town. Recommend it.
flights booked just need a place to stay - can anyone recommend a hotel in Paris they have been too?

Also, would super recommend the segway tour from Viator.com if that's your thing. It was so much fun and we saw SO much of Paris without getting sore feet. Was the highlight of our holiday.
anyone been to turkey for a holiday and could recommend a good hotel
