Any tips where to find fresh gluten-free bread?

Albert Heijn and Hoogvliet have a small selection of Gluten Free now, and Marks and Spencers in the Hague also has a section.

Zaailing and the Jumbo by the station both sell Yam! bread, of which their lichter meerzaad (the yellow one - light, seeded bread) is the best off-the-shelf gluten free bread I've found, hands down. If you want proper fresh bread, probably The Welsh Bakestone in The Hague is your best bet. It's about 30-40 minutes from L. Centraal (to D Haag Centraal + the 17 tram to the last stop). Otherwise, you could try making your own. This recipe: http://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/pretzel-rolls/ using Dove's White Flour Mix (available at Zaailing) and subbing in fresh buttermilk (for the milk + powdered buttermilk), and using whole eggs instead of just the whites, makes really delicious bread and is actually quite easy. In general, I find baking with buttermilk is the best thing for easy, tasty gluten free savory baked foods.

I agree with Samantha. After a lot of trial and error... I have found that Jumbo offer really good gluten free bread. Albert Hein now offer the Genius brand of fresh bread but I much prefer the Jumbo GF bread. Jumbo also have in the freezer the Schar keizer rolls ready to bake. They are really good too.
