Can anyone toast a good doctor who is accepting new patients? My doctor is old, lazy, and is seemingly uninterested.

We have Dr. Latchmea downtown but no idea if he is accepting new patients. We had Dr. Nsisi we stopped seeing her cause she was hard to understand and it always took an hour at least in her waiting room. She ignored all my concerns I had with my oldest (autism) and when I was pregnant with my first she forgot to do many things and forgot to refer me to the obstetrician clinic.
