Avoid Astro, I've had a world of problems with them. Otherwise it depends on what kind of coverage you want. I wanted nothing but minimum liability for a junker and I had to go to esurance.com to get it as no one in town provided the lowest end insurance for a fair price.

For comparison, I'm with SGI via Armour Insurance. I have a 07 Silverado and a parked 99 Corolla and pay $1272/year with no tickets/accident/claims of any kind. In 2014 I paid $1692 for the same thing with Wawanesa via Western Financial Group.

I personally really like G & E Insurance in Picture Butte, I don't think there is any such thing as inexpensive house insurance anymore but I have never had an unpleasant experience at G & E. I know that they try every year to get me the best deal possible. I have been with them for over 30 years.
