Everyone's entitled to an opinion but come on were all adults.. this is my post and I find https://www.facebook.com/stacy.j.johnson.37 to be a really nice guy! and an awesome artist.. I was asking an opinion on tattoos cause everyone is better at certain styles I wasn't asking opinions on character !
Can I get a TOAST to the best "watercolor" style tattoo artists in Lethbridge/Calgary? Pictures too please! Looking for a really specific style!
Valentina M. replied:
Tatianna Cook at Nectar is incredible! She can do anything!!!!
Salina J. replied:
IMO... most artist can do most styles... I would look for someone who can pull a straight line, round circles, even shapes ect... then look for the specific style your looking for... cause it doesn't matter how many "water color" style tattoos they have done, if their lines are crooked and blown out they will be in your tattoo also... good luck!!! Libertine Tattoo for the win...

Bushido, Deadly, Immaculate Concept. These come to mind immediately. I keep hearing ads on x929 for I think it's called Perfect Image in Banff that's supposed to be really good. Ghost Town in Okotoks has some good mentions on the beyond forums.

Depends on what you want. I get all my work done by Sam Smith at Bushido and Trevor Varem at Enso. Traditional: Nick Luit at Bushido Neo-Trad, flowers, realism: Sam Smith at Bushido

Deadly Strange World In that order. good tattoos aren't cheap, and sometimes you have to wait.

Heroes and Villains is my personal fave, got some work done at perfect image in banff as well, very nice place.
Fourslice replied:
Bushido hands down. Those guys are the only place I'd go. I have many many hours in with Doug and so does my wife - and those guys are the best. Much
JayBeCee replied:
Hands down for me the best shop in the city is Strange World. The staff are incredibly friendly and chill...and the quality of the work is incredible! I've been to a few others but I will return again and again to Stange World.

Eternal Image - I've been seeing Scott over there for almost 15 years. He's pretty amazing!! I'd say one of the tops in Calgary for sure.

Bushido for sure. Got both of my tattoos there and they are really nice and polite, very clean. A few female artists as well depending what your interested in. it is located across from the stampede grounds and very accessible by transit. however they do require a $100 deposit when you book an appointment
calgaryfritz replied:
Deadly. If you want a pin up though, go see Steve Peace. Just be prepared to wait, those guys are busy!
MrCallahan replied:
Got mine done at [The Arthouse](http://www.thearthouseinc.ca/) in Kensington, super happy with the results.
ffunyman replied:
Calgary is actually a hotbed of excellent tattoo artists, this city is usually pretty well represented in conventions in different countries. I'm sure any of the suggestions people are posting are most excellent. I've heard nothing but rave reviews for Immaculate Concept. The owner literally wrote the book on health and safety for tattoos.
Liquid_Milk replied:
My buddy runs Bleeding Rose Tattoo. The stuff that's coming out of there is pretty damn good. And I'm honestly not saying that because he's a friend, but the artists there are all very good at what they do.
