Lindsay McLeod Espinoza is absolutely brilliant. My bloke couldn't get out of bed for a week. Lindsay treated him and he was a new man. She's also helping me with some really complex healing. Good luck, be well. xxx
Lin P. replied:
I suggest you request an MRI scan not an X-ray as X-rays don't show up disc problems and they fill you with radiation which is why we osteopaths do not recommend them. I am practicing in lewes if you want treatment and I offer discounts to Zubies. Valence Road Osteopaths, Lewes. I have a good reputation in the town www.lin@lewesosteopath.co.uk.

Hi Sky- I read above that you've tried it in the past and it worked but you struggle to 'get your head around it' yet I would highly recommend Nik at Dragon Acupuncture in Brighton.. Nik is fantastic at working with others on so many levels and has supported me through various physical & emotional matters over the years... My partner went to see him after suffering from back problems for years and, after a few sessions with Nik, his back is barely ever an issue anymore. If you were to give him a call, he could talk to you more about how he may be able to support you... They also work in a multi bed environment to keeps costs low and therefore treatment more available. 07760 492136 Good luck and love to you xx
Camilla C. replied:
I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan Hutson at Dyke Road Natural Health Clinic in Brighton. Have seen him for years & I'm convinced he has healing hands - apart from being an excellent osteopath
Lin Bridgeford in Seaford - Osteopath/Kinaesiologist. Because apart from healing - which she does very well - she also gives you the exercises you need to do along the way.
Lorretta H. replied:
I'd highly recommend Simon Murray he's got clinics in lewes and Brighton at dolphims house and dyke road, he isn't cheap but will continue to see you if he doesn't think it will help sometimes ive only needed one session with him and sometimes it's been two or three. Acupuncture also great (Keith Simpson at dolphin) but possibly a longer term option x

I can't recommend Alexandra Luzzato highly enough. She is a true healer & her cranial work is second to none. She is based out of Hassocks at http://www.theheelercentre.co.uk/ part of the week, but I know she also practices in Hove somewhere. If you call The Heeler Centre & ask her to ring you (mention my name), I'm sure she could help x
