Check Casa Amici on Wescoats Rd. in Lewes. Yes, it is in a remodeled gas station, but it is great! My opinion is that the Italian food is the best locally and a fraction of the price of TOI. However, I am not sure if they do full service catering.

Thanks everyone for their recommendations. I selected Bryan Keith of Mio Fratello to cater a dinner party for 23 people. He provided appetizers, cheese and veggie trays, lasagne, meetballs, and.eggplant. All food was delivered hot to the house in Lewes. Everyone commented how good the food was. The service was impeccable and I would definitely use Mio Fratello again for catering parties. Bryan was great to work with and very helpful. Recommend anyone looking for good Italian food to call Bryan Keith at Mio Fratello restaurant in Fenwick.

I'm not sure if they cater, but we recently had an excellent dinner at Casa DiLeo, in the strip mall just before Rehoboth Avenue. The food was awesome!
