Looking for a referral to an eye doctor specializing in contact lens fitting. I use Dr. Jaoude, but don't like his specialist for lenses.

Usually long wait times at DE Eye Institute. I have a complicated problem and had to see the specialist who usually deals with children's eye syndromes. He was always lateā¦..waited hours. He is now retired and no one else there could properly diagnose my prescription. I now go to Sussex Eye Center and they get my Rx correct every time.
Ruth C. replied:

Dr. Taylor at DE Eye!!
Kelly P. replied:
The Eye Institute is one I went to when it was small. When they built their new facility I felt like I kept getting shuffled around to different rooms and it was a whole waste of time. I went to Jaoude on a recommendation. My eyes are not complicated. A little dry, slight astigmatism. They kept rescheduling me for this and that and fittings and duct plugs. I have never seen the eye doc so many times in one year. NUTS!! Sussex Eye, Dr. Sprague, is knowledgable, efficient, and it just works for me! That is just my own personal experience. My mom still goes to the institute and all is well.
Judy W. replied:
Dr. Jaoude for regular eye exams, or cataracts, glaucoma, or other medical issues. He is an MD. For contacts, see Dr. Rebarchick at Sussex Eye in Lewes.
Does anybody have any experiences/comments about Sussex Eye Center located on King Street Row in Lewes? I've been in Lewes permanently over a year now and am looking...

I go there, and it's a great place. Staff is great, and I go to Dr. Rebarchik. It's smaller, so they're usually on time, and everyone is very friendly. I'd highly recommend them.
