Elite John and Amelia Knarr are great in their field. Also Aquacare on rt 24 at Peddlers Village. I have been to Elite for a long time. Then needed pool therapy. I now go to Aquacare. I find them to give you the one on one attention on land therapy or pool. Either one are great in my opinion. It came down to logistics

I'd recommend Elite PT in Rehoboth. It's a short drive, with a lovely view of the ocean, and the best therapists (I've tried 3 different PT shops).
