Phillip Wahle - he doesn't put braces on kids at a young age unless they need them. Maddie has played soccer with his daughter for years and both my girls are his patients.

How about the humanitarian side? Dr. Child adopted 3 kids from Ukraine and he and his wife go there to support the orphanage.

White, Greer and Maggard ( through I think the name may have changed!). They ate on Sit Barton, very close. Tom and I both went to Jim Greer. Did a great job, nice guy, nice/knowledgeable staff. All the docs I encountered we're good. Some better with kids, some with adults. But all are good. Good luck.

Wild Smiles in Lexington. Dr Singh's office has a great orthodontist, Dr. Liete. He put an appliance in my 9 year old's mouth and she has ALOT of anxiety about anything being done but all the girls and Dr Liete were great and it went surprisingly smooth!

Lisa... Absolutely..Both were my Orthodontist.. Forget the Pediatric Dentist name. He took my wisdom teeth out .so good looking I didn't want him to think it hurt..Dr. Greer's son is still in practice. When I moved it was Greer and Greer. They moved down to Continental Towers.

I think the pediodontist was Dr. Doyle and assistant was something like Tack. Not sure because I never went there. My Dad was a dentist, Dr. James "Jimmie" Rose.

Dr. Greer was the best ever!! I always insisted on seeing him. His son, Dr. Jim was very nice, but I wanted my main man! Dr. Wagers did some of the early work, but we always had Dr. Greer after the initial consult. Loved him!!!

Do you mean Dr. Wagers was gruff? Wasn't he older? I remember Dr. Greer as having dark hair and being very handsome and nice. I remember being glad that the Blue Grass Parkway was open, because before then we'd always go to Lexington via Brooklyn and I'd always get sick going around those curves.

Dr. Wagers was gruff and hurt more. Dr.Greer was more gentle.. I envy the braces if today.. The ones we all wore then were horrible...the before braces..spacers, during.. Some I'd the horrible appliances and the after.. .yuck
